Kyoto SMI is a satellite NPO established in September 2010 as an intermediate vehicle of the Institute of Integrated Cell-Material Sciences (WPI-iCeMS), Kyoto University. Kyoto SMI provides a project management function and platform for large-scale academic-industrial-public collborative R&D consortia and also sponsors multi-sector interactive opportunities on business applications of stem cells and smart materials technologies. Kyoto SMI and WPI-iCeMS are endorsing improved cross-sector partnership by designing new and better collaboration systems with the public and private sectors. The Concept of NPO Kyoto SMI  |
